Program Objectives

The Master’s in Organizational Management prepares you to join corporate management teams, lead projects, or work in consulting.

As an Organizational Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the company. Like a conductor, you will handle a broad scope of responsibilities: defining corporate strategy, driving financial performance, leading transformation initiatives, and managing teams effectively.

By joining this program, you will gain real-world experience, learning to design and realign a company’s strategy, turn it into actionable development plans, and lead mobilizing projects for employees and partners alike.

Plays a key role in defining the company’s strategy and activities. Oversees decisions on the products or services offered and manages the company’s human, technical, and financial resources.

  • Organizational Consultant

Provides expertise and guidance to design and implement transformation strategies. They lead organizational and managerial change processes to achieve company objectives.

  • Strategy and Organization Consultant

Hired by a company to analyze challenges and propose practical, actionable solutions. Develops restructuring or management plans, sometimes acting as a mediator, to strengthen growth and competitiveness.

  • Sports Club Manager

Oversees the global management of a sports club, including human, financial, sporting, and logistical aspects. Leads the development strategy, manages sponsor relationships, and ensures both athletic and financial performance.
